PAYMENT PLANS
The tuition deposit ($500.00) is due upon signature of the enrollment contract following your child’s acceptance at Hunter McGuire School.
There are three payment plans as outlined below. All families, with the exception of those paying in full in July, are required to participate in the Tuition Refund Plan. This policy pays the school from A.W.G. Dewar, Inc. in the event a student is withdrawn for medical reasons during the academic year. The cost for this required insurance is $78.00 per year (1% of tuition) and is due at the time of the first payment.

*If tuition is not paid within 30 days of invoice date, the discount will not apply and will be added back to your account.
ADDITIONAL FEES may include distant field trips and bus transportation.
LATE CHARGES: All bills are due and payable within 15 days of date of invoice. A late charge of 2% per month (24% per annum) will be assessed on any amount not paid on the due date.
BUS SERVICE will be provided for the Harrisonburg area and the Waynesboro area at an additional charge of $875.00 round trip for Harrisonburg and $825.00 round trip for Waynesboro per year per student. Overtime for the bus driver will be charged if children are not picked up by the end of the route.
