Stuart Hall has just been offered an exceptional Challenge Grant of $25,000. This one-to-one Challenge Grant doubles the impact of any new gifts or pledges made between now and the end of Alumnae/i Weekend on April 19.
The Challenge is made by a donor who is passionate about the hard work we are doing at Stuart Hall and the successes we have achieved. A former member of the Church Schools Board of Governors, this generous donor values how we challenge students academically and hold them to high standards in all aspects of their lives. Schools like ours develop the kind of courageous people of integrity, intelligence, and compassion we need to serve as leaders and citizens of this country and the world.
With 333 students in grades K-12 and a dedicated and enthusiastic faculty committed to bringing out the best in each student, Stuart Hall is changing lives. Now, thanks to this Challenge Grant, you have the opportunity to double your support of this outstanding School and make a real difference in the lives of students.
You may give now by going to our web site stuart-hall.org and clicking on the red “Donate Now” button on the right of the screen. You may also contact Margaret Wood with your pledge at mwood@stuart-hall.org. , call (540) 885-0356, or mail a check or credit card number with expiration date to the address below. Gifts of stock and matching gifts are also welcomed! Donors who answer this challenge will be listed in a special Challenge Grant section of the 2008-2009 Stuart Hall Annual Report.
Difficult times do not build character, they reveal it. In these economic times, your gift will help our School continue to reveal its true character and purpose, preparing each student for a life of intellectual curiosity, responsible citizenship, creative expression, ethical leadership and compassionate service.
